Weather, Tornadoes, and Private-Server Commands

Tornadoes are a real weather event. Instant multi-tornado storms, fly, and admin are on the Advanced Commands pass and are limited to private servers.

You do not need a command to see bad weather. You do need the right pass and a private server for the instant storm controls.

What the July 19, 2025 notes said

Several update videos read the same developer note from that day:

  • Weather changes about every 15 minutes.
  • The cycle they read was 75 percent clear, 15 percent rain, and 10 percent storm.
  • Inside a storm, they read a 20 percent chance of a tornado.
  • A tornado can fling a vehicle.
  • A Storm Chaser vehicle was added, with functional sensor rockets.
  • Surviving a tornado awards the Tornado Survivor badge. The live badge text is "Experienced a tornado in APM and lived to tell the tale!"

One spoken recap said "50 percent rain." The repeated written figure is 15 percent. Treat the cycle as the July 19 note, not as a number this site remeasured.

Commands on the pass

The Advanced Commands pass is sold by American Plains Mudding for 85 Robux. Its description says to use it in private servers and lists:

  • :weather storm 1 spawns tornadoes, with a range from 1 to 10.
  • :fly user lets that player fly.
  • :admin user gives another player admin in your private server.

The description says more commands may be added. Videos also show plain weather storm as a free attempt with the lower tornado chance, plus weather words such as rain, clear, and snow. Type the command in chat with the colon when you are using the pass examples. Commands shown in public servers should be expected to fail.

On October 16, 2026 the experience record had Roblox VIP-server creation turned off, while the pass still says private servers. Use the private-server control the live game actually shows. Do not buy the pass assuming a standard VIP button is present that day.

Survive the badge

  1. Be in a server when a tornado is on the map, whether it rolled in on the weather cycle or someone spawned it.
  2. You can watch from a distance. Getting close is what flings the vehicle.
  3. Stay until that storm has passed.
  4. Check the Tornado Survivor badge. The badge does not require the pass.

The Storm Chaser is a themed vehicle for this weather, not a requirement. Passengers are a separate rule: October 3, 2026 Discord notes said sitting in someone else's vehicle requires a whitelist, and they did not publish the button used to grant it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is American Plains Mudding?

It is a Roblox vehicle simulation by the verified American Plains Mudding group. Players drive customizable trucks, trailers, ATVs, boats, and farm machines through mud pits, towing, farming, boating, and open-world roleplay. Public servers hold 15 players.

How do I get the free vehicle?

The official experience description says to like and favorite the game to obtain a vehicle. Use the like and favorite controls on the Roblox page for place 7171174521, then join and check the vehicle list. That reward is not a text code.

Are there working codes?

The current official description does not list a promo code or a code box. Do not enter strings from generators, and do not give anyone a password, cookie, or two-factor code for a reward.

Where do I claim a house?

The July 18, 2026 notes added a neighborhood near customization, with houses claimed at their mailboxes. After a claim, the house icon at the top left opens painting. The October 10, 2026 town update added more houses, so the older three-house count is no longer the whole map.

Do hidden vehicles exist?

Yes. Roblox lists four separate Hidden Vehicle badges and one Hidden Trailer badge. Finding one is done in the world, not through a code. Older route videos can be wrong after the October 10 cave and town changes.
